Once a project is accepted, a custom work order will be submitted to the client. A mock-up of the image(s) will be submitted to the client for approval before a final draft is rendered. FFE reserves the right to deny service for any project deemed inconsistent with the principles of FFE. All customized work is non-returnable and non-refundable.
